Opened in 2001 and now very much a fixture of Rome's gay scene, the hetero-friendly Coming Out is a one-stop shop. The menu includes breakfast, typical Italian lunches and dinners, coffee, cocktails. They also have karaoke, drag nights, live music, patio smoking, and more.

One of the only gay hang-outs in Rome. Most of the people are out in the street as no one has the money for the over-priced drinks. Check it out if you're a tourist but it's definitely not fun. Some good people watching on a warm night.
Too touristy
The barman told me that due to it's location, right in the most touristy area, is the reason it is overpriced. But a fun atmosphere, friendly enough staff.
Probably the only gay bar in Rome...
