Specialist group started in 1999 by leather aficionados, now expanded in its remit and "dedicated to gay men who have an interest or are into leather, rubber, skinheads, uniform fetish, and hard sex (sm, bondage, bdsm...)". In 2002 LCR organised the first Catacombs, which now the organisation's official annual fetish event.
